Assign one label per pouch
Use a shelf, room, box or inventory label that another staff member can recognize. Do not include a child's name or other personal information.
Check in one batch
Paste a CSV with label, barcode, lane and best-before date. Review every incomplete row before treating the batch as finished.
Separate checking from action
The package result identifies a match. The action log records whether it was removed, returned or disposed of, who completed the action and when notifications were sent.
Privacy reminder
Use location or inventory labels, not names of children, patients or customers.
