Free checks
Package fields entered for a free check are processed in your browser and are not sent to the server. Anonymous daily counters may record the event name and page path, not the entered package data, IP address, email or a visitor identifier.
Accounts and paid reports
Creating an account stores your email, password hash, session, report tier, normalized package fields, result summary, payment identifiers and timestamps. Passwords are never stored as plain text. Saved report data is retained only through the regeneration window shown for the purchased tier; operational payment records may be retained longer where required for fraud, refund and accounting purposes.
Payment
PayPal processes payment credentials. This site receives order, capture, amount, currency and status data but not your card number.
Terms
This is an independent informational comparison tool, not an FDA service. Entered fields can be mistyped, package labels can be unreadable and official notices can change. Confirm any decision with the linked FDA notice and the retailer. Do not use the tool as a substitute for medical advice.
You may use generated reports for personal or internal operational records. Do not misrepresent a generated report as an FDA certificate.
Refunds
The free result lets you verify usefulness before payment. If a paid ZIP cannot be downloaded because of a verified product fault during its regeneration window, the payment is eligible for a refund through the original PayPal transaction. Refunds are not offered for a correct report generated from mistyped package fields.
Service changes
The tool may be corrected or retired when the recall is no longer active or when the official source changes. Existing paid regeneration windows will be honored where technically possible or refunded when they cannot be fulfilled.
